Data can be collected in a number of formats: Yes / No / Notes Value fields (with upper and lower limits, ideal, acceptable and critical limits if required). Calculated Fields e.g. Langelier index and DPD combined Chlorine. Any of the first 3 types of read can have notes added for reference in the future to explain the data recorded.
